Home Browser is operated by Browser, Inc., a Utah corporation, PO Box 264, Midway, UT 84049. Real estate services are provided by VUE Christie’s International Real Estate, 1790 Bonanza Dr #201, Park City, UT 84060.
Service area
Real estate services are available in all Utah markets. In other markets, inquiries may be handled through qualified referral partners. A referral partner is an independent real estate professional and may be affiliated with a different brokerage.
Private inquiries are not listings
Home Browser may contact an owner because a property appears to match a buyer’s criteria. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the property is not being advertised for sale, the owner has not indicated a desire to sell, and no listing agreement, offer, authorization, or transaction is implied.
Initial anonymity
During the initial matching and inquiry stage, the buyer and property owner remain anonymous to each other. Home Browser acts as the intermediary and does not display either party’s name or contact information to the other. Identity or contact information may be shared when reasonably necessary to explore a genuine opportunity, subject to appropriate permission, professional obligations, and transaction requirements.
