Who we are

Browser, Inc., a Utah corporation, operates Home Browser. When you request or respond to real estate services, those services are provided by VUE Christie’s International Real Estate, 1790 Bonanza Dr #201, Park City, UT 84060. References to “Home Browser,” “we,” or “us” in this policy include the operator and, where applicable, the brokerage providing the requested service.

Information we collect

We may collect the information you enter, including your name, email address, telephone number, desired-home criteria, price range, timing, financing readiness, property preferences, property-owner responses, and free-form messages. We may also process property information from public records, licensed data providers, and other sources believed reliable.

When you use the site, we may collect limited technical information such as session identifiers, page visits, referring page, browser or device information, and suspected automated-traffic signals. We use cookies or similar local storage to maintain a private search session and measure whether a private property page was visited.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage buyer searches; identify properties that may fit a buyer’s criteria; present private, property-specific inquiries; respond to owners; provide real estate services; communicate by email, telephone, or text when you consent; prevent abuse; maintain records; improve the service; and comply with law.

How we disclose information

During the initial matching and inquiry stage, the buyer’s and property owner’s names and contact details are not displayed to each other. Home Browser acts as the intermediary. Identity or contact information may be shared later when reasonably necessary to explore a genuine opportunity and with appropriate permission.

We may disclose information to VUE Christie’s International Real Estate; real estate referral partners when a request concerns a market we do not serve directly; and vendors that help us operate the service, including hosting, artificial-intelligence, customer-relationship, property-data, analytics, and communications providers. These parties receive information only as reasonably necessary for their role. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money.

AI-assisted processing

Home Browser uses automated and AI-assisted tools to organize buyer criteria, analyze property information, and draft communications. These tools can make mistakes. Important property, financial, and legal facts should be independently verified, and material decisions are subject to human review.

Communications and choices

If you consent to calls, emails, or texts, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing property or services. Reply STOP to a text to opt out, reply HELP for assistance, use an email unsubscribe link, or contact support+optout@postronomy.com. We may still send non-marketing messages needed to complete a request you initiate.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, document consent and transactions, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

Your requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children and external services

Home Browser is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Links to third-party services are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.
