Acceptance
By using Home Browser, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
The service
Browser, Inc. operates Home Browser, a private buyer-search and property-inquiry service. Real estate services are provided by VUE Christie’s International Real Estate. Home Browser is not a multiple listing service, public property marketplace, appraisal, inspection, title report, legal opinion, financial advice, or guarantee that a property owner will respond or transact.
No listing, offer, or agency relationship
A private property inquiry does not mean the property is listed or being advertised for sale, that the owner has expressed interest in selling, or that any party has made or accepted an offer. Viewing or submitting information does not by itself create a brokerage or agency relationship. Any representation, listing, referral, or transaction relationship requires separate documentation as applicable.
Anonymity during the initial inquiry
Home Browser is designed to keep buyers and property owners anonymous to each other during the initial matching and inquiry stage. We may share identity or contact information when reasonably necessary to evaluate or advance a genuine opportunity and with appropriate permission. We may also disclose information when required by law or professional obligations.
Property information
All information provided herein has been obtained from sources believed reliable, but may be subject to errors, omissions, change of price, prior sale, or withdrawal without notice. Christie’s International Real Estate and its affiliates make no representation, warranty or guaranty as to accuracy of any information contained herein. You should consult your advisors for an independent verification of any properties.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide information you are authorized to provide and not to impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading content, probe or disrupt the service, scrape private pages, circumvent access controls, or use a private property link for solicitation, harassment, or an unrelated purpose. Private links may contain property-specific information and should be shared only with intended recipients and professional advisors.
Automated tools
AI and automated systems may help summarize preferences, identify possible property matches, and draft communications. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong and are not a substitute for professional or independent verification.
Availability and intellectual property
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service and may withdraw a private inquiry at any time. Home Browser’s software, design, text, and branding are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Browser, Inc. nor its affiliates, service providers, referral partners, or real estate professionals will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and changes
Utah law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update the Terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
